Great workout Missy. That looks really tough. Going to do my first really dua this weekend with the wife in SG. And we are going to stop by that PowerTri store on the way down for sure tomorrow morning. Oh and also after our chat the other day is when the wife noticed some web seminar that PowerTri was doing and watched it. It got her very pumped up.:)

Wow, what a workout! Very nice Missy. That swim is just plain sick. It's a good thing you stretched, and I'll forgive you for missing 'core' after that killer day.

Sam: Was looking at Shark pattern swimsuits in a catalog today..hehe, that and Skulls and Camo...

Toby: I don't watch tv..so workouts are like my tv..hehe. Well, I'm not against tv..or anything like that...I just don't like the format..I get frustrated tv is too slow and I can't make the actors do what I want them to..Computer is much more fun. Computer games could easily eat up my whole day..haha.

Benny: BennyBobcat is a beast too! :)

Vinh: I would TOTALLY help you with swimming...:)The best I can anyhow...I'm not that great a swimmer or anything..I am still kindof slow..haha.

Scotty: I love the word Sick. SICK! Hehe..Wicked too...Wicked Sick! I finally started CORE, and thought about you, Thought you would be proud of me and my 10 minute routine..haha.
