U are so cute Kelli. :) Most people don't care about their Rear Deltoids but a past trainer got me in practice of it. I will post a picture here in a sec of a muscle-y man showing his rear delts and a man working his rear delts. I prefer the incline version of what he is doing but this one works too. :)

Hey Missy- I did rear delt raises at the gym yesterday. I will add that to my routine. I liked it. My weekend has been really good :)

Yeah, something fun about those raises..or anything new for that matter. One of these days when I have time I will just go in the gym and try like 10-20 new machines...light weight just so I know what is there.
