Hellooo :)

Quick update...I haven't been training much for a few weeks and took a break from quite a few things including blogging. :P

This was my first day back. Got up early to avoid the heat and Tan lines. Started my Brick at 7am. Rode up to Vivian and back from my home. 17.66miles. Then a 2.85mile run around my neighborhood. Easy pace.

Then 9:30pm I decided I was bored and restless so I went and longboarded along Timpview Drive a couple Out and Back loops from my home. 3.5 miles each = 7miles boarding. :) 50min

Come to find out I'm pretty good at texting while riding in the dark.

Texting on your bike or your board.

Nice to see you back, we've missed you.

Glad you discovered that hidden talent.

On Z Board Jun...I don't want to see myself trying to text on the bike. Haha.

Thanks Toby. :D Hopefully the rest was enough. I'm still trying to fig out what my deal is...getting all vitamin and health food crazed..as if I wasn't weird about food before.

Glad I could make you Glad Burt. :)

Oh come on, tan lines are the best!

Oooh Yummie Yum Sammie. I want the Old people tonic recipe. :)

I befriended a crazy health nut genius guy at a natural food market here in town..He's been giving me some instructions on getting healthy. One of my fav is:

Liquid B-12 (with folic acid and B-6)

Liquid Chlorophyll (From Mulberry Leaf)

Add that to a cup of water...Yum. I quite like it..Make me feel good too..light and clear minded.

Thanks Scotty Scott Scott. :)

Kelli, my back looks like...someone painted brown designs on my back..lol..Not cute..well..it's looking better thanks to fake tanning.
