1pm 8 mile run...Sunny 33 Degree weather..67:39/8:28pace

Hit the Gym at 8pm for an extra run...felt like having a reckless abandon type run before I surrender all control to the TRI coach on Monday...So I hop on the Mill..run 2.5 miles starting at 7:30 pace total 17:28 ..ended up switching mills because this one couldn't maintain speed! Switched to another Ran 3 more miles felt like flying so I ran that in 18:17 nonstop=Woot PR..Ok a treadmill PR but whatever....that was funny....6:05.666pace...EVIL! Total 5.5 miles @6:30pace...Thats a lot of wordage....

Wanted to get a swim in of course! So right after I swam 75 minutes of Drills and Freestyle. Getting much more comfy in the water...I don't breath in water anymore! I hardly even think about breathing at all actually.

Woah..2:45am..this is what happens when you run fast late at night..YOU don't fall asleep! Beware....

That is a freakin' lot of working out!! Good thing you had that delicious looking breakfast!

Now, seriously, awesome treadmill PR! It kills me to even think about running that fast! You need to enter a 5k pronto!

Wow, what a workout! Very nice Missy. Those pancakes look great. I will have to give them a try sometime.

AW Vinh...:D My Weekend ended up being NICE..since you wished it so!

Ha ha Kelli..The swim is very low energy/moderate..I am swimming very slowly to focus on form. The run was fun tho...weeee. I think I just might enter a 5k..Why not. Any fancy ones you recommend?

I will make you some Scott..They aren't super sweet tho if you are used to real pancakes..lol.

Sam...I always have really good evening runs..Almost NEVER a good morning run...Years ago I had a hotdog at Costco and a Coke...Wen't out running with a few ladies..we hit it at 8p.m. that summer...Did a 3 mile Tempo in the dark..which I raced..lol..Hotdog and all...Hit that in 18:42 I believe. Was downhill but HEY I am still proud it. Even if I feel Major GROSS or Low energy, or stuffed with a hotdog...I end up running very well. :D

I have only ever run one 5k, so I am not an expert at finding those. I am sure someone out there knows of one soon....
