10 a.m. Sports Massage, worked on my Left Piri/Hip Tightness as well as right foot. Therapist says Rib is most likely soft tissue. That is good.

11 p.m. Spent 25 min or so stretching legs...turned over too fast and got a sharp pain in rib which caused me to throw my head back into the floor. I got a headache. Lol

Vinh...thanks for the welcome back, training has been steady, as for a PR...not yet, I hear the course is not easy. I will for sure PR in the summer. :)

Walt...Haven't received the aspirin yet...

Scott..I am doing the St. Geroge Half on the 23rd this month...what do you mean "below average?"

I hope the rib injury heals up soon. Good luck in St. George, remember there are always other races if the rib is not feeling better.

TY Jtshad :D Yeah, I'm not too stressed about missing that race...it was my last race before I start intense Triathlon training. If I can't race it I will just rest up some so I'm ready to go with my TRI program Feb 1st.
