I know I know..why the Hello am I wearing Racing flats for an 8 mile treadmill run....My feet feel like they are suffocating in normal shoes...The Treadmill run was *sigh* long and slow..Felt like walking....My coach is doing his Magic tho.

At least I had fun right before my Zzzzzlicious Treamill Experience. I lifted Weights..yay my Shoulders are pumped! Felt good.

Then before that I stretched Legs for 30 minutes. Ha ha I told the story backward..Fancy.

That was about it, Oh besides cleaning out my closet some more...anything I haven't worn in a while.. I have like 400 pair of jeans and I wear the same two pair of Lucky Jeans that are 3 sizes too big, have tons of Worn in holes and are soft soft soft. Need to find more pair like that..100% cotton is the best...none of that lycra stretchy pants Jeans junk.

OH, one last thing...I saw two college girls trying to barefoot run on the treadmills in front of me....Makes  me want to throw up on this Barefoot running fad..ha ha...

Girl you could cloth a small African country with all the jeans (can you tell I'm jealous!!)!

Nice miles!

Good to see you lifting weights again. That must mean your injuries are mostly gone. I like those pumped up shoulders :)

You sound like my wife. I counted 30+ pair of jeans in her closet the other day and she usually wears the same 2-3. haha. What is it with you girls?

Missy! Nice weight lift session! I'm lifting about 3 times a week, only doing light weight tho. I feel like a weakling but I don't want to get too bulky. I remember when I was repping 225 on bench only a couple years ago. Oh well I need to be light and lean anyway. I'm curious to see how your training progresses. I have no clue about tri training. I wanna be like Missy!

I don't think it is strange to train with flats on the trreadmill, I cannot actually run on it with anything apart from flats now, normal trainers feel too clunky and weird so I stick with the flats!

TB, well I was exaggerating a tad. :)I just threw out 10 pair..Well...sending them to the thrift shop. And thanks on the miles...I am not happy with my runs right now, I am going to ask coach if I can do more.

Scott, Yep my injuries are almost non-existent...I did feel my rib a little while doing incline dumbbell Press..Not bad tho..On the jeans, I went looking for a few new pair last night..can't find what I like anywhere....everyone is selling the same copycat giant pocket flap embellished MEK's or Miss Sixty, Big Star clone type jeans..I refuse to wear them. That is why I wear the same two pair..lol.

Sam: You make Barefoot running cool...everyone else makes it look dumb. :)Sam is always cool!

Vinh, that is a lot of weight for bench, My bench is very weak..I like to lift to balance out my build..I am bottom heavy..haha...Plus I get major HIGH from lifting..haha. TRI training is no mystery, I Have learned quickly by attaching myself to a good coach..hehe.

Chris: The more I wear flats, the more I can't stand a regular Trainer..They feel like giant clown shoes..which in turn really changes your stride when you feel like a clown. O.o
