I'm so tired I don't even remember what I did this day....it's now Thursday eve...I do have a diary that has some brief notes in it...

10:30 Seems like same old same old..haha. 3750yd swim. This swim was good, felt some definite changes, felt powerful through the water, more horizontal. Faster. Less effort.

Took boys to Swim Team practice, and just stared at the highschool team swimming freestyle for 30minutes. Ok, not creepy like....I am always waiting up in the balcony anyhow, for my kids to finish swim...usually I am reading or looking at my kids swim. :P Anyhow, They all have similar qualities where they have a  rhythm and are powerful looking in the water. Even the girls with tiny wimpy looking arms have that same power thru their stroke. 

9pm Got to the gym for a TORTURE treadmill run. Wanted to be anywhere doing anything but that run. Lol. Got it done tho. 7 miles. 

Oh, one bad thing.... was so wired, I couldn't sleep till 2am. Late night workouts do that to me.

Something funny, I was driving kids to swim yesterday and was stopped at a light..I was wearing a tank top and looking down at, and lifting my left deltoid area of my arm. So this caught the eye of 3 runners passing in front of my Suburban, I think because it looked like I was flexing..haha.

My 14 year old daughter was in the passenger seat..and said..."hey mom you are checking out High School Boys?? Creepy 50 year old lady!! Haha" (I think they were prob actually 19-20, and one older like..30)

Well she was teasing I think cuz they had no shirts on..haha...

So I teased her back..."I'm going to roll down the window and tell those high school boys you think they are Sexxaaay!"

So then I start pumping the brake so our car was rocking to the music...which caught the guys eye again...

So yeah I had to tell you my High School boy story.
