Mmmmm Breakfast...U likey? It's 鸡蛋炒西红柿   ...actually Practically every country has this dish...My version has only the eggwhites..no yellows..then tomato and spinach:

 

11:30a.m. Hit the pool for a kicking emphasis Swim (3850yd)

 

I Had only had 388calories before this workout...was feeling a bit tired at the 3/4 mark.

Later I hit the track @ BYU..didn't get there till 6:45 or so. Was pretty tired for this workout...Tried taking a nap earlier but just laid there for a half hour.

Track:

1mile WU 10:00ish

5x800 @ 5:55pace 

5x800 @ 7:20pace (active recovery between 5:55pace intervals)

1mile WD 10:00ish

Hit pretty close to goal. Minimal rest as needed. 

53:30, 7miles (5 miles @ 6:42pace avg)

Might stretch..should stretch..haha.

Thanks V...that workout worked me..hehe..I ate that same breakfast just 2 hours ago...Trying to get veggies in most of my meals..that means 6x daily. :)

Yeah, it's yum Scott. Way better than plain egg whites. My fav tho, is egg whites with green onion and cheese melted on top. :D

Well Paul, I had some 10 grain cereal along with those whites..haha. Just didn't show you that part. I do have a bit of carb phobia tho..lol.

Burtybutterfly: It's because me being "stupid" is so far out of reality that I didn't even see the word. Fat..now everyone could stand to lose a bit of that. :D

Missy it works good for me we have 9 chickens and most of them are laying now so loads of egg whites for free ! :)

Its nice food that too really nice ...

Love the track work out well done Burt dont call any lad a fat hobbit LOL ha ha Missy is not a hobbit :O

still those workouts at good kicking workout ouchie I use my arms mostly in swimming so kicking workouts kill me but I think I do this to give my legs a rest after so much hammering with running

Sam that is awesome...I'd love to have buckets full of egg whites..haha..I've been known to have up to 18 egg whites a day (when I get too lazy to cook anything else.)

The funny thing is, Sam...I tell people a lot that I have lived in a cave for years..joking that I don't get out much. Caves are kind of hobbit like...Besides Burt can keep it coming...I have a good one up my sleeve..hehehe. ;)

On the kicking workouts...they have been torture for me for a while..I am getting better at it.

On the chickens...make sure you keep the Rooster away..that could get interesting..haha. I don't know why I am thinking this..I think I'm exhausted from my trip.
