Ok here we go ladies and gents! You wanted some more entertainment...I am happy to oblige.

Strolled into the gym at 11a.m. for a 2500yard swim. Ate some plain chicken tenders, grapefruit, and a small salad post workout in the truck. Will take a pix next time..lol.. 

For those of you asking about my Tri Coach, Heath Thurston, here he is in his element:

 

 My new bike is that same model but....without the upgraded wheels. Coming in 3 weeks..they didn't have my size frame in!!!! :P

Have my fancy shoes tho!

 

 

So 5:10p.m. I head outside for a 6 miler...UGH....felt like deadweight. Time for weightwatchers..lol. :)

Wrote an S on my hand to remind me to stretch before bed...I write notes on my hand every day...usually there are 3 or 4 numbers or letters or whatnot on my hand...

He he he My hubby writes notes on his hand, I just plain forget to the write the notes, I have been known to go upstairs and forget why LOL

I love the piccies, your coach sounds and looks darn cool omg I so want that bike please send me on in the post somebody LOL I have been told by the man of the house if I want a tri bike I have to sell the motorbike huh no way I love my motorbike he's just too sexy to sell not happy bout that huh oh well LOL

btw I love the new shoes too, so jealous huh okay happy bunny again oh your training is harcore too oh jealous again LOL :-)

Missy! That bike is badas* though I don't know much about bikes lol. So what do the numbers stand for? The number of times you intimidate guys at the gym? =) SO heart rate training huh? That sounds pretty cool, I have a HRM but only used it a couple of times. You have to tell me more about it for your training so I can be hardcore like you. I'm sure your coach just doesn't want you getting injured which I think is the reason why he wants you to lower your mileage. Running has the higher risk of injury. Don't worry about your fitness cuz it will almost be at a badas* level.

Scott: Don't be jealous of how POOR I am now..lol

Sam: I go upstairs and forget why I went up there 3x in a row! And I told my man I get the bike or he gets a new wife. ;P You stop being jealous Elite Runner Girl! I can't even dream to run as fast as you. :)

Vinh: I don't know much about bikes either! Time to learn..We need to tattoo "Bad*ss" on our *sses! Lol...Had a talk with coach tonight...Was concerned my heartrate is pretty high when I run...He explained the science of it to me...For a few weeks I am primarily training my heart..not my legs for running..Training my heart to beat slower as I speed up..it's a long story! :) Oh Lol on the Intimidate guys at the gym comment..I love striking fear in guys who get in my way in the weight room. :D
