Downhills were 2min or 6:40pace 

Totals with slow WU and WD 6.2mi 50min 

This may be my fav new workout..Never thought I would say it, but I am loving the hills.

Hills are tough but I love them too! I always have to power up the hills, I can never run slow up them unless I'm really hurting. My 10k next weekend has a long incline up this bridge. Probably a lil over a mile at 4% grade. Yikes!

True Scott. I belong on a mountain not the streets! It's been too freaking long since I have been regular on the trails.

10k NEXT weekend Vinh..you are a machine!!! I might see if I can find a 5k to do in the next few weeks. 10k sounds unfun to me right now...haha. EW, 4% grade 1 mile...Gotta love that! :)
