No Burt! Like Corn. lol that country is too slow to run to. haha. Missy, I promise Ill get you some aspirin. or ibuprofen. Its the least I can do for your misfortune. Until then keep listening to Fergie's Clumsy.

Haha I know the feeling Missy! I didn't run for a week and it felt like an eternity.

what did you do to your ribs? I had a friend separate some ribs two years ago snowboarding. She was out of commission for like 3 months. I hope yours isn't that bad.

From missy on Thu, Jan 07, 2010 at 11:44:19 from 75.162.127.188

Burt..had no idea who Clint Black was! With Walt's Comment tho, I know it's country. ;P

Walter..Um you mean Korn? Nice try Mr. Dictionary. ;)I need to rip you a fancy Korn Disc and you can run around that oval feeling cool. :D

Vinh...I feel Crazy inside I want to run so much.

Jun..I slipped on ice during last Saturday morning's Run. Was going to land on the back side of my head so I turned to the left with my arm wedged between my ribs and the ground...some blunt force and Presto: "bruised ribs" ...soft tissue damage only I'm sure. Seems I am healing well, don't know how soon I can run, Certain movements are painful..Think its a pinched nerve...MORE than you wanted to know!!! :D

From jun on Thu, Jan 07, 2010 at 11:45:35 from 63.224.104.209

That's precisely what I wanted to know. It is interesting how the ribs play such a critical role in any type of movement we do. I hope you feel better and can start running and exercising soon.

From missy on Thu, Jan 07, 2010 at 11:49:52 from 75.162.127.188

Woah, Jun you tripped me out..replying so fast. Think I must be a lil edgy this a.m. Lol! Um btw...I like your profile picture..ultra cool..Think you can help me make one like it? Maybe once my rib is better..JUMPING sounds bad right now..lol.

From jun on Thu, Jan 07, 2010 at 11:54:46 from 63.224.104.209

Don't be so shocked at my quick replies. I keep gmail up all the time so I know when someone replies on here (I'm not stalking your blog, I swear I'm not creepy).

Scott W and I climb peaks all the time and I run them in the summer. 'Peak Jumping' is something that me and my friends do every time we summit a peak. You are welcome to come along any time we go out. Peak Jumping is required though. go to my normal adventure blog at refusttoquit.blogspot.com and you'll see a bunch more if you scroll through my posts.

JUN:

Yeah I was going to say...UM you spelled your own blog wrong!

How Far down do you usually jump? Like 3-4 Feet down? I was a dancer so I will probably Leap down..not jump...Although if I am going a ways down I will need to support my Weight with two feet...hmm..must practice...

I like the looks of your blog~Black is my favorite color.

I am new to blogging so I never had one till this last fall (this one and a page at bodybuilding.com.) I want to make an all around ME blog..I'm sure mine will have a Black Background!

(Er yeah, I like to joke I live in a cave..I'm so far behind the times!) Everyone else has been blogging 10 years!

From jun on Thu, Jan 07, 2010 at 12:15:51 from 63.224.104.209

We don't actually jump down. We jump up. We stand on the highest point on the mountain (or as close to it as we safely can) and jump. The picture is taken at the peak of the jump. My friend has a whole site dedicated to it, but I can't remember the URL. We take some pretty funny pictures.

And how did they get a picture of me on the front of that body building website? Wait, that's not me, I'm allergic to weights.

From jun on Thu, Jan 07, 2010 at 12:27:44 from 63.224.104.209

Oh, and my friends site is peakjumper.com. He has TONS of cool photos.
