Today was Mega fun...

2:15pm 60minutes swim

8:45pm 5 miles of hill and speed fun on treadmill...8pace to 6pace, and 0.0 to 4.0 incline. 37:44..Wore Hyperspeed again, I just cant stand putting big clunky shoes on...feels like my feet are suffocating.....Run Was followed by 40 minutes of swim.

11pm Stretch 30 minutes.

I agree with Walter, I like swimming too but I dont have time, although if its between swim and run the run wins hands down !

What stroke do you do, for 60 mins?

Hello My Friends! I've been restin....

Walter you could probably out lap me in the pool..so don't be jealous silly bucket!

Sam..I am only working on Freestyle...Do Drills of many kind and then The Freestyle stroke.

Scott! Ty..My foot is doing MUCH better, almost feels normal..My Piri is still tight..Using that Tennis ball on it like Sammie recommended..Then the rib was kinda P*ssed at me for running like a raging maniac tonight (Tis Friday Eve.)But it was soooo worth it...I'm tired of running slow all the time...makes me feel dead inside. :P But Yarrr I be feelin good!

Missy, I can only seem to breathe with my head to the left so it slows my swim down because I either have to slow my stroke and breathe or speed up and take longer breaths. I will have to swim with you to see how the fish do it!

Hmmmm Walter...when I swim fast..like 25yard sprints...I will breath right side all the way down Left side the way back..need more air with more exertion..I don't fill my lungs more full..I just breathe more often. Slower I can just breathe every 3 strokes. My coach has me very relaxed in the water..I only fill my lungs half way. Just like with running you would never take deep gasping breaths..your breathing is very rhythmic and controlled..Make sense?
