Was going to run a 12 miler early this a.m., but I was only able to sleep from 1:30a.m. to 3:30a.m. Very fitful night. Got tired just about 5:30a.m. when I was supposed to be running already. So impromptu rest day. I will run tomorrow instead, Let's hope for feeling great. :D

Oh, I did foam roll my legs and golf ball my feet. That was good.

I have no idea why my sleep is off. Happened again Sunday night. I think it is stress. Need to do some Yoga like you Burt! :D
